~ ! In this post I'l tell U how the Cellular System Works ! ~
There are four parts of or as we can say there are four different states or condition used in cellular communication
1 ) Base-Stations Cells and cell sites
2 ) MTSO Which stands for mobile telephone switching office
3 ) Operators office
4 ) Other Cellular Phones
Making a Call
When a calll is made by a cellular user from his cell phone. Cell Phone radiate radio signal to the cell site which alerts the switiching center (MTSO). Then MTSO turn on a specific channel for that user and transfer the call to PSTN (Personal Switching Telephone Network). PSTN connect the call to the number which dialed. The time consumed in this process is equal to the time used in landline to make a call.
Receiving a Call
At Receiving point MTSO Transmit Data over the radio waves and search the correct phone. Every cell phone which is on but not in use for making a call continuosly scans the waves coming from MTSO. When a cell phone sense its number is calling by MTSO it sends some specific info to the nearest CELL SITE. Then Cell Site Farword this info to the MTSO. Where info trasmitted send by cell phone verified. Then MTSO alot a frequency channel to call and then both cell phones auto tunned for that frequency and a call is completed.

Basic Call Making Process
System contaning individual radio Coverage areas called Cell.Inside the cell, a cell site base station for receiving a position as a policy option is to send radio signals and cellular phone routing.System as a cellular radio system, no precise limit can be drawn on a map. In most cases, and place calls in the service sector such as underground parking garage also received some closed areas, can. No mobile phone signal Svc (Service) when I lit one of these areas or is out of service area. At the cell site transmitter power and does not reach outside of his cell. Possible channels (frequencies) is to be used again - different cells in a given channel can be used at the same time, the boundaries of the cells signal each other without causing interference, the as. This is where many cellular phones are in use at one time is invaluable, especially in urban areas. Local telephone company - all cell sites, mobile telephone switching office (MTSO), which the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) provides the connections are connected. MTSO also call processing, traffic management, and a cell phone moves between sites as other central functions, including transferring calls, provides.
